Our Support:

We are a small, highly specialized team. We will always try to help you as quickly as possible, and for that we need your cooperation. The best approach is always a precise description of the assistance required, ideally with the serial number of the corresponding device and the software you have booked. Please call us only if a system is currently in use or about to be deployed and every hour counts. In all other cases, please send us an email, and we will get in touch with you. We will perform online support on your device on Thursday mornings whenever possible. You can already install TeamViewer for this purpose here.
